Although yesterday was a bit of a diet fail, this morning's weigh-in came in at 203.8. I was kind of hoping for that, since yesterday I woke up feeling bloated and gross. I do remember reading somewhere once that what you eat today impacts your weight not tomorrow but 2 days later. I guess if I have a good day today I can test that theory tomorrow!
Yesterday's food log:
glazed donut
Small bag of BBQ Krunchers
Leftover Jose Peppers - about 2/3 of a Monterrey chicken burrito
Enormous t-bone
Salad: romaine, carrots, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, tomato, bacon bits, tomato Romano viniagrette
Sautéed veggies: potato, carrot, squash
Drinks: 6 glasses water, 2 bourbon & waters, 1 glass rose champagne
I guess if I wouldn't have caved on the donut and chips it would have been alright...except the size of the steak, but it was SO good!
Now the weekend has arrived. Most weeks this is the hardest time, but I plan to be a homebody this weekend so I should be in good shape.
Just had breakfast - 1/4 link smoked sausage, 2 scrambled eggs with Cheddar cheese, and a blueberry muffin.
Mom and Dad introduced us to Ice last night. It's flavored sparkling water, and yummy! This would be great for pop drinkers especially. Thankfully I never have been but I might grab some of this occasionally anyway.
