When I woke up yesterday, I just had a feeling that it would be a gain day, and this time my feeling was correct. 202 exactly. It seemed way too easy to get down to 200, and I just knew that getting sub-200 wasn't going to go as neatly. I have high hopes that when I get below 200 I'll be even greedier to lose more weight & therefore even more disciplined, but I guess we have yet to see.
I was determined not to gain weight twice in a row, so I ate very carefully yesterday. I went on a 2.5 mile walk/jog with the dogs. I took Shimi around the loop once, and then took Stinson. It was SO beautiful out I was tempted to go longer, but my foot started to bother me. Shortly after I graduated college in '08 I did something to one of the bones in the top of my left foot, and it VERY rarely bothers me, but my favorite running shoes were in Andy's car, and I forgot that the pair I ended up wearing seem to make it the worst. I stopped and drank a Schlitz tallboy. That was my splurge for the day, but I think I earned it.
Anyway, long story short: 202.4 this morning. I am kind of pissed/frustrated, but I'm also trying to not be too hard on myself, because I know your muscles retain water when you run, yadda yadda....and I hurt so good today!
